Our mission is to help our clients and their brands stand out through the development of creative – truly creative – branding, content creation, design, website development, and highly profitable go-to market strategies.
By taking the time to immerse ourselves into each unique brand, we identify its quirks and uncover creative ways to elevate its differentiators. The end result is always a brand that cuts through the noise, attracts their target consumers, and keeps them coming back for more.
“If you know Jen, then you know that being in her presence is the closest you’ll get to sunshine.”

A FEW OF OUR HAPPY CLIENTS
From directing photoshoots in the Nevada desert to live-streaming events in a boxcar in New York City, we’re not afraid of a little nomadic creativity.
Jennifer’s portfolio of industry work prior to starting Neon Creative is expansive. Well-versed in the realm of art, fashion, and advertising, she’s been a writer, director, producer, website designer, social media guru, influencer, and creative director.
-
Growing up with a father and grandfather in the advertising industry, Jennifer was always in front of the camera – modeling for Ozarka Water booklets and Cox Cable Billboards – and even acting in local Homeland commercials.
After getting ahold of the family video recorder, Jennifer and her two cousins spent nearly every weekend writing, filming, and acting in their own blockbuster firms. (You should see their absolutely embarrassing remake of “Scream.”)
Her first year of college, she purchased a sweet [now ancient] Nikon and enrolled in several photography courses.
Once she began her professional career in advertising, her passion for storytelling continued to blossom behind a camera. That passion grew into on-camera work and eventually turned into concepting, producing, and directing proprietary video content for clients across the country.
Today, content creation is her biggest passion and something she infuses – in one way or another – into every project she touches.
-
Jennifer’s vision and leadership throughout her advertising career thus far has earned her four Gold Advertising Awards in the categories of website design, short-form storytelling, and long-form storytelling.
Her photography has now reached global markets – and was most recently featured on The Today Show in August 2023.
-
With a heart for fashion and advertising, Jennifer pursued a dual major in both fields. In her fourth year of college, she was selected by her instructors and flown to Miami, Florida to work alongside five international designers to assist in backstage directing at Miami International Fashion Week.
In 2011, shortly into her agency career, she single-handedly produced, styled, and directed a highly publicized fashion show featuring multi-cultural designers to over 500+ attendees for the agency’s second-largest client.
-
In 2011, Jennifer began sharing her colorful outfits on Instagram (a brand new app at that time). After gaining over 5,000 followers within that first month, she decided to start her own fashion blog (also unheard of then).
By 2016, her blog was attracting an average of 4,000 unique views per month and she was earning paid collaborations from coveted national retailers and global fashion brands.
As one of the first adopters within the industry of influencing, her detailed insight and close relationships with top content creators is unmatched.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
We’re proud to work with the most talented, efficient, and upbeat group of creatives across the country. When a project requires a few more hands or calls for a quicker turnaround time, we know who to call.
